Please submit your requests for lodging via EMAIL to info@petspasny.com. We will respond within 48 hours letting you know if we have availability. We will send you an email confirming your dates along with the necessary forms that need to be filled out and signed. We require 50% deposit at time of reservation. We do keep your card on file in our secure system. We will call for the credit card information.
What is required to have my dog stay at Pet Spas?
All of our four legged guests will be able to participate in our daycare, as part of the daily rate. If they don’t already attend daycare at Pet Spas they will need to be temperament tested to see if daycare is a good fit for them. We do our free temperament testing Monday through Friday in 4 hour blocks (if they pass, they will be able to stay for the whole day for $25). If they are not a good fit for daycare or are not spayed or neutered or younger than 6 months old we will need to discuss next steps for them, we may still be able to board them, it will depend on availability.
If they do pass and they have never attended daycare here we ask that they do at least two days of daycare prior to their lodging stay for them to feel at home and get used to the routine. ($37 day for daycare)
What vaccinations are required for my dog to stay?
We require that they have up to-date Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccinations. Proof must be provided by a licensed veterinarian prior to drop off. We also ask that your pet be up to date with a flea and tick preventative.
What will I need to bring?
We ask that you bring your pets regular food. Enough food for all the days plus 2 additional days just in case the need arises. We do have refrigerators, freezers and microwaves on site if necessary. On the intake form you will be asked when, how much and any special instructions for feeding times. We ask that you try to limit the number of things from home. We have plenty of toys, blankets and beds here for their comfort. If you do bring items from home, we will do our best to track and care for those items, but we can’t take responsibility for them.
What about medications?
We will administer medications. We need clear written instructions for each medication. If it is a daily medication, we would prefer that you put the medicine in an organizer (7 day pill organizer, can be found at your local drugstore).
Please bring the medication’s original container. We are unable to accommodate pets whose health relies on medication, such as diabetic animals.
How much does this cost?
Suites
$74*** per night for the 1st dog, 2nd dog $64 and the 3rd dog $50. Max 3 dogs from the same family.
Pens
$64*** per night, 2nd dog $50 per night. Same family and under 20lbs each. Max weight for one dog alone is 50 lbs.
Budget Friendly
$55*** per night, 2nd dog $45 per night, These are a perfect fit for smaller pups.

The price is the same regardless of whether they can participate in daycare or not. Because of the limited space there are not any discounts available for multiple days.

Daycare Policy for Lodging Guests
We are delighted to offer complimentary daycare services for your pet throughout their stay with us. To manage our resources effectively, please note the following:
Daycare is available either on the day of check-in or the day of check-out, but not on both days.
How It Works:
Day of Check-In: Daycare is available if your pet is dropped off before noon.
Day of Check-Out: Daycare is available if your pet is picked up after noon.
Throughout Their Stay:
Daycare is included every day during the boarding period.
Additional Charges:
Both Days: If you need daycare on both the check-in and check-out days, a $37 fee will apply.
Timing: If your pet is dropped off before noon on check-in day or picked up after noon on check-out day, a $37 fee will apply.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Please call as soon as you are aware of the need to cancel. If you call more than a 7 days prior to the beginning of your stay we can give you a full refund of the deposit. 6 days to 3 days prior we will refund ½ the deposit and 48 hours prior your forfeit the deposit.
When can I drop off and pick up my dog?
Monday through Friday: Drop off/Pick up your dog from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. We are closed for Puppy Play Time from 11:30 to 1:30pm each day. If the weekdays fall on a holiday (i.e. Christmas, Fourth of July) we are closed for drop-offs/pick-ups.
Saturday and Sunday: Pick-up only 9-9:30am and 5:30pm

When dropping off please be patient, we will be going overall your instructions and items to ensure accuracy and understanding on our part.
Can I add a Bath before I come and get my dog?
The easy answer is Yes! We will have to make sure our groomers have time in the schedule but with enough planning we most likely will be able to get that completed before pickup! If you decide to add this to your stay, please try to give us an accurate pick-up time.
