More About Our Pet Grooming Salon

Based in Colonie, NY, the experienced staff at Pet Spas & Suites has taken care of pets in the greater Capital Region for more than 30 years. Many of our clients are return customers who trust us to nurture, play with and groom their pets. We perform all of these procedures in our  spacious, state-of-the-art facility, using industry-best essential oils and natural grooming products. If you have any special grooming requests for your pet, please let our staff know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you and your pup.

Monday–Friday: 7:30am–5:30pm.

Saturday–Sunday: Closed.

NOTE: Puppy Playtime is scheduled from 11:30am–1:30pm Monday through Friday. Our lobby and reception areas are closed, no pet drop offs or pick ups during this time.

In order to provide a safe and fun environment for all of our dogs spending the day with us, we limit the number of dogs in each of our daycare rooms. We require that grooming appointments be scheduled in advance, and we suggest booking ahead to make sure you get the time you need.

We love your best friend and we are honored you have chosen us as their grooming salon!

We do understand that things come up, so if you are unable to keep the appointment for any reason, we require at least 24 hour notice for cancellation. The reason we must do this is so that we can offer that time to someone else as to not leave an opening in the groomer’s daily schedule.

Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will be charged the full grooming rate. Please remember that when you schedule a grooming appointment with us, the groomer sets aside that special time for your pet. Our groomers work on commission and they depend on keeping a full schedule for their livelihood.
