The Woman Behind the Passion at Pet Spas

Meet Tracy Muscatello-Crowley

My career in pet care began over 32 years ago, driven by my deep love for animals and a necessity to find a suitable groomer for my Lhasa Apso. I found myself unable to find consistent grooming quality and care for Tiffy, so I decided to learn how to do it myself. Learning how to groom my own pet many years ago has grown exponentially from fulfilling a personal need into establishing the gold standard of professional pet care encompassing grooming and daycare in an environment that is comfortable, safe, and enriching for all the pets that come through our doors.

I am proud of what we have grown to become and I feel blessed to work with a caring team of talented groomers and skilled daycare attendants. I am also very grateful for our wonderful clients, some of which have been with me from the start.

As we believe in the health and and well-being of all animals, profits from Pet Spas help support the non-profit organization, HeartsHeard Animal Sanctuary, located on over twenty-one acres of beautiful property in Buskirk, NY.

Dedicated to the care, well being, and love of abused and abandoned animals across New York State, we stand by our mission statement: To listen to the needs of animals and provide a voice and means for their care.
