How to Register for the Client Portal

Our online portal gives you convenient access to your pet’s upcoming and past appointments so that you can keep track of their busy schedule! It also provides you with a way to make sure we have the correct contact information for you and the ability to send us documents such as proof of their vaccinations.

How do I login to the portal?

Setting up your account is easy! Just enter your name, phone number, email address and the password you would like to use for your account. If the information you entered matches what we have on file, you will have instant access. If you encounter a problem and there isn’t a match, send us an email and we’ll help you fix it!

How do I get logged in?

It’s easy! Click on the Client Portal Link and follow the prompts.

Step 1

Click on the “Register here!” hyperlink at the bottom of the login form.

Step 2

Click on the “Existing Client” button.

Note: you must already be an existing client with Pet Spas in order to register in the portal.

Step 3

Enter your first name, last name, phone number and email address.

Note: the information entered must match what we have on file.

Enter a password of your own choosing and confirm it.

Click the “Register” button and that’s all there is to it!
