Our online portal gives you convenient 24-hour access to your pet’s upcoming and past appointments so that you can keep track of their busy schedule! It also provides you with a way to make sure we have the correct contact information for you and your pets, along with the ability to add new pets, and upload documents such as proof of their vaccinations.
How do I login to the portal?
Existing Clients:
Setting up your account is easy! Just enter your name, phone number, email address and the password you would like to use for your account. If the information you entered matches what we have on file, you will have instant access. If you encounter a problem and there isn’t a match, send us an email and we’ll help you fix it!
New Clients:
Click the Register Here link. A window will pop up for you to enter all of your information and submit it to us. Once your submission is approved you will receive an email with a link to your account so that you can add your pet(s)!
How do I get logged in?
It’s easy! Click on the Client Portal Link and follow the prompts.
Step 1
Click on the “Register here!” hyperlink at the bottom of the login form.
Step 2
Click on the “Existing Client” button.
If you are a new client, click the “New Client” button to create your file with us.
Step 3
Existing Clients:
Enter your first name, last name, phone number and email address.
Note: the information entered must exactly match what we have on file.
Enter a password of your own choosing and confirm it.
Click the “Register” button and that’s all there is to it!
New Clients:
Fill out the New Client signup form and click the Register button.
Once we approve your account, you will receive an email with a link to log in to the portal.
Once you have signed in click on the My Pets tab.
Click on Add New and add your pet(s) to your account.
You may also Upload copies of their vaccination records using the Upload Pet Document button.
