We have some great things planned for 2022!
First, a reminder that we will be doing some renovations and repairs to our boarding and daycare areas this month. To best accomplish this much needed work and for the safety of the pets in our care, we will not be offering boarding or daycare from January 17th through the 23rd so that our contractor can have full access to these areas.
Next, we are implementing a new Puppy Playtime program from 11:30am to 1:30pm each day Monday through Friday. This time will be devoted to having staff, including our reception team, exclusively interacting and playing with our daycare and boarding pets. Does your pet have a birthday coming up? This would be the perfect time for a birthday party with all their friends! Or maybe they’d love some story time with a good book? We want to give your pets the undivided and uninterrupted attention they are so deserving of, so please note that we will not be answering phones or accepting drop-offs / pick-ups during these hours.
Also new in 2022 will be our new “Ala Carte” menu of services that will be available to enhance your pets experience while they are in our care! This will include things such as individual one on one playtime with a team member, cuddle time, special treats, and more!
Last but certainly not least, in the very near future we will be updating our software and transitioning to a new system which will allow you to schedule appointments for grooming, daycare, and lodging online at your convenience! Please be patient with us as we launch this new system intended to better serve our valued clients.
