We miss our wonderful community!
We are so inspired by all the messages we have received and cannot wait to start serving our community again.
As the guidelines are ever changing, we are hopeful yet cautious for the safety of our community in being able to plan a firm date. We had hoped for 4/6, then 4/13 and just this morning found out the date may have to be pushed to 4/30. It has been our hope and belief all along to be up and running better than ever by 5/1.
With this said, this is what we know we can do!
- We are installing our K9 grass from 4/13-4/17 as to not have to close in May as we originally planned.
- We do know that boarding pets for first responders and people who our traveling to serve our country during this time can be done.
- And if any of our clients who had existing reservations are traveling to be with family members, we can still honor them, according to the guidelines. We have an empty building and a team that misses the pups so ANY of our clients that need to be away, we are here for you.
We also are looking into the belief if groomers work one-to-one with clients, we can do curbside drop off in compliance with social distancing, so there is a possibility we can still care for some pets safely, however, there will be limits to what we can do. We appreciate you realizing we want to serve all of our community, however, only our already scheduled clients who have patiently waited for our reopening and truly feel they cannot wait for the health of their pet, will be served at this time. We will be calling our clients starting 4/20 and scheduling appointments for hopes to be fully operational for 5/1, if you need immediate service, please let us know. As always, we will do our best to provide.
Our hearts and prayers go out to our nation as it heals, please take this as seriously as it is and if you have the choice to STAY home, WAIT and see what we have in store for you on May 1st! ❤️
We as a community need to believe we are all in this together. Right now, while we sit in the hands of the government, we are watching our community lend their own hands to do extraordinary work. Bless us all.
Continue to watch our posts on Facebook and our website. Private message us at either site. And again, if any of our clients who had existing reservations and are traveling to be with family members, we can still honor them according to the guidelines. If any of our first responders need us, call Tracy directly, it will be our honor to be able to serve you.
Always here and hoping to see you soon!
Sincerely,

Tracy and the Team of Pet Spas and Suites
