Pet Spas & Suites will be reopening for grooming services starting June 1, 2020!

Below we have outlined our plans to allow us to open safely and comfortably for our clients:

  • From May 18-May 30, 2020
    We will continue to honor the limited pre-scheduled medicinally necessary grooming appointments. 
  • Starting May 18, 2020
    Our reception team will be answering phone calls starting May 18th for confirmations, information and rescheduling. Our temporary reception hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. 
  • If you already have an appointment from June 1st onward, YOU MUST CALL US to confirm that you plan to keep your appointment and also to go over new policies and procedures for continued caution and social distancing beyond our reopening date. 
  • If you had an appointment scheduled between March 17-June 1, 2020, YOU MUST CALL US to reschedule.
  • Daycare services are still temporarily unavailable, but will be back! 
  • We are not accepting new clients at this time to ensure that we are able to accommodate all clients that had missed appointments due to the NYS Pause Order to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

We apologize for any inconvenience in requiring our clients to reach out to us, instead of the other way around. The length of the NYS Pause Order has simply made it beyond our capacity to reach out to everyone individually.

Please understand that all of the pets’ and owners’ health and wellbeing are of the utmost importance to us. We understand how long your pet(s) have gone without grooming during the COVID-19 pandemic, and we want desperately to help and serve everyone as quickly and safely as possible, but we may not able to provide your desired date or time based on availability. What we can provide, however, is the same gold-standard care and quality of service that Pet Spas & Suites has provided for the last 30 years.
